Executive Vision: We envision our university as a beacon of excellence in addressing women's and social issues, serving as a model for other institutions across the nation. Our aim is to be recognized as a leading authority, offering comprehensive and effective solutions through our multifaceted services.

Executive Mission:  Producing Competent and Ethical Professionals; Conducting Studies and Research; Providing Community Service; Creating Links and Connections: and Offering Multi-disciplinary Services

Through the implementation of our vision and mission, we strive to make meaningful contributions to advancing women's rights, promoting social equity, and enhancing the well-being of communities.

The implementation of women's and social issues at our university is centered around several key initiatives aimed at fostering gender equality, supporting female students, and addressing the diverse needs of our community:

Life Skills Trainings and Gender Awareness Programs: We organize various workshops and programs to empower female students with essential life skills and promote gender awareness on campus. These initiatives help create a supportive and inclusive environment where all students can thrive.

Financial Aid and Support for Students with Special Needs: We prioritize the welfare of students who require financial assistance or have special needs. Our office works diligently to facilitate access to resources and provides counseling services to ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed academically and personally.

Exchange of Experiences and Learning Platforms: We facilitate discussion and learning platforms where female teachers can share their experiences, learn from one another, and foster a culture of collaboration. By creating opportunities for networking and mentorship, we aim to empower female educators and enhance their professional development.

Crèche Facilities for Women Government Employees: To support women government employees, we provide crèche facilities where they can safely keep their children while attending university or work-related activities. This initiative aims to alleviate childcare responsibilities and enable women to pursue their educational and professional goals.

Training for Female Administrative Staff and Teachers: We organize specialized training programs for female administrative staff and teachers to address their unique needs and challenges. These trainings cover various topics relevant to their roles and responsibilities, empowering them to excel in their careers.

Engagement with Stakeholders: We actively seek the support and cooperation of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of our initiatives. By fostering partnerships and collaboration, we amplify our impact and create a more inclusive learning and working environment for all members of our community.

Through these efforts, we are committed to promoting gender equality, supporting the advancement of women, and creating a welcoming and inclusive campus environment where everyone can thrive. We welcome collaboration and support from all stakeholders as we work together to achieve our goals.
